Anti-Inflammatory, Immune-Boosting Tea

When you're feeling under the weather, a warm cup of healing tea can make all the difference. This soothing turmeric ginger tea combines two powerful anti-inflammatory ingredients—turmeric and ginger—to help ease body aches, reduce inflammation, and calm a sore throat. Perfect for boosting comfort and supporting recovery naturally.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups water

  • 1.5 knobs turmeric

  • 1 knob ginger (or more if you like some zing)

  • 1/2 tsp peppercorns

  • Squirt to 1/2 lemon, squeezed

  • Honey, to taste (manuka is very healing!)

Instructions

  1. Add water, turmeric, ginger, and peppercorns to a pot and simmer for about 5-10 minutes (longer simmer = stronger tea).

  2. While that simmers, add honey & lemon to a mug.

  3. When done, pour the hot water through a strainer into the mug.

  4. Enjoy!

Notes

Any extra can be put in the fridge for another time.
