I want to know what’s giving you the most trouble. Members will be invited to submit nutrition questions ahead of each session to help direct our conversation.

Every other week, we’ll meet up virtually and chat about the questions I received. If there aren’t any, I’ll bring some topics, ideas, and suggestions for us to think about.

As members, you’ll have access to recorded calls, members-only blog posts, and some of my favorite reset recipes from around the web.

FAQs

  • This will, in part, be driven by you! Members will be invited to submit questions to me before each session, and we'll address as many of them as possible. If we don't get to all of them, I'll answer the rest in an email that I'll send out to the group. If there aren't any questions ahead of time, I'll pick a topic for the call for us to chat about. This could be tips on meal planning/prepping, enjoying fall produce, making easy food swaps, etc.

  • We'll start on September 4th and end on October 30th.

  • Yes. Registration closes on August 28th. This is to give plenty of time to submit questions ahead of our first call on September 4th.

  • We'll miss you! But I'll be sending out either a recording of the calls or a written summary of what we talked about.

  • No, my plan is to allow access even when the program is done.

  • I'd love to chat with you! I'm always here for a private session where we can dive deeper into your specific goals and needs. Normally, these sessions are 60 minutes, but for members you have the option to book 15 or 30-minute sessions at a reduced rate.
