Your Fall Reset Starts Here
I’m so glad you’ve decided to reset with me this fall! This is hands down my favorite time of year. The mornings and evenings are cool but the days are still warm, we start to get back into a routine with school and work, the slow cooker starts to cement its place on my counter, and I can go for walks outside without feeling like I’m going to melt!
Before you get started, I know it’s easy to want to make 100 changes all at once. The best thing you can do for long-term success is to take this slow. You don’t need to upend everything you’ve been doing. Pick one or two things that really speak to you and work on those. Once you feel like you’ve mastered them, pick one or two more.
Before you know it you’ll have new habits that have become second nature.
As we start to reset, you may begin to realize that this is a whole-body reset. What does that mean? While we will be focusing on foods, we also want to bring attention to our mental well-being, as well as our physical well-being.
